Catch Us at Calgary’s Tastiest Festival
We’re rolling into Taste of Calgary with a booth full of festival favourites — from savoury snacks to sweet treats, cold drinks, and everything in between. The Banquet Bar is bringing the bold flavours you know and love to the city’s biggest summer food fest.
Find us at Eau Claire from July 31 to August 4 — we’ll be serving daily from 11am to 10pm (8pm on holiday Monday). Admission is free, so come hungry and ready to explore some of Calgary’s best local eats, live music, and good vibes.
Here’s what we’re serving:
Avocado Feta Dip
Fresh guacamole mixed with feta, tomato, green onion, and cilantro. Served with chili lime tortilla chips.
Sushi Tuna Tacos
Crispy wonton shells filled with guacamole, green onion, and soy-marinated Yellowfin tuna.
Mini Brisket Sandwich
Slow-smoked brisket in Carolina BBQ sauce with slaw, zesty dressing, and spicy jalapeño jelly on a brioche bun.
Bacon Wrapped Pickles
Pickles stuffed with banana peppers, cheddar, and cream cheese, wrapped in crispy bacon and served with sriracha mayo.
Passionfruit Cheesecake
Creamy cheesecake topped with passionfruit curd, blueberry compote, and buttery shortbread crumble.
