We’re setting up shop at Taste of Edmonton — a city-wide celebration of local eats, live entertainment, and summer vibes. From golden hour snacks to late-night cravings, The Banquet Bar is serving up bold bites made for festival appetites.

Join us at Sir Winston Churchill Square from July 17–27 and treat yourself to a taste of what we do best.

Here’s what we’re serving:

Buffalo Mushroom Caps
Plump button mushrooms breaded and fried into crunchy, golden delicacies. Topped with our homemade hot sauce and served with roasted garlic ranch.

Deep-Fried Mars Bar
A Mars bar coated in batter and deep-fried until golden brown. This ooey-gooey dessert comes with a side of caramel sauce for dipping.

Karaage Boneless Wings
Crispy, juicy, and loaded with flavour — these boneless wings are a crowd favourite for good reason.
